Sleeping Habits School in kumbakonam
Early to bed and
early to rise is still a good ground rule -
even in the 21st century. Please avoid TV show for children.
We will be screening child – friendly videos for children availing ASP to
develop encyclopedic knowledge. Our children play and work out fully - which is not available to many living in
apartments or independent houses.
Our students
will sleep early when they reach home. Please ensure that they sleep around
8.00 – 8.30 pm after having their dinner. If some children sleep immediately on
reaching home, do not worry. This is because they work out well during
playtime. For the latter child, please try to push the sleep cycle to around
8.00 pm – after some food (you can avoid heavy food in the night).
Ensure they get
up around 6.30 am so that they are fully prepared to enjoy the learning process
during the day. Sleep from 8.30 pm to 2.00 am is equal to twice the amount of
sleep during the other times of the day.
